About Medisim Doctor:
He received his MBBCh from Wits University after doing a B.Sc and Honors degree in physiology. He worked his bursary tenure, and then started practicing as a general practitioner in Randburg in 1996. He was the managing practitioner at Randburg Medicross for some 10 years, before branching out with two colleagues to establish the HealthWorx brand of clinics. He practices as a general practitioner with an interest in acute and travel medicine. He also serves on the board of trustees for a large medical aid. Dr Carlston has travelled extensively in Southern Africa in his endeavors to relocate elephant and catch fish in remote and wild areas. He also has spent many hours on foot in the TIMBAVATI tracking animals and people.
